The Great Big Little Wedding Show

Today JorjaRose and I attended “The Great Big Little Wedding Show” at Club Waimea.
Club Waimea is xtra special for our family as RJ and JR’s Grandfather helped build the complex, and is one of the former Presidents.
The kids Grandmother is now on the Club Waimea Committee, so Club Waimea is still a BIG part of our lives.

Anyways, on to the good stuff, I had the pleasure of meeting the following people today at "The Great Big Little Wedding Show” ...

Kathy Marquet from “Kathy Marquet Personal Stylist”

Kay Jordan from “Mint Flowers”

"Wild Peaks"

"Sign Art"

Vanessa Griffin at "Profile"
JewelBeetle

Wendy Burton at “Wendy Burton Cake and Sugar Art”

Paul Mullany at “Quickstep To Dance”

Kimberley Johns from “MUA Kimberley” – MakeUp Artist

Rebecca O’Fee from “O’Fee Wedding Events”

"Benjamin Black Goldsmiths"

Wendy Lovering from “The Wedding Whisperer”

Brenda Robinson from “From This Day Forward”

Linda Bunt from “Cakes For All Occasions”

Warren Ludemann from “Made For Men”

Vicki Turnbull from “Vicki Turnbull Photography”

Sharon Dunbar from “Nelson Tailors Menswear - Suit Hire By The Professionals”

Lawson’s Dry Hills

Gareth and Kim Rosser from “G+K Events Hire”

Carl Christiansen from “Flowers 4 Nelson”

Roger and Amanda Neame from “Audio Entertainment”

Nelson Beauty Therapy

Kim McCormack from “Holistics NZ”

Sarah Wooster from “Herbalife”

At 3pm there was a Draw for 13 wedding related items, including a wedding dress!
JorjaRose was asked to do all the Draws … and she didn’t pick me!
JR had fun, and thought nothing of it to help out, but unexpectedly, they gave JR $20, which she was ab-so-tootly rapt with!

We spent a lovely afternoon, meeting many locals, and networking too!

The wedding season is truly upon us, and I wish all the vendors a prosperous Spring-Summer, of couples in love, and showing their love by marrying their sweet <3

#Netflix = #RippedOff #FairGo

#Netflix = #RippedOff #FairGo

As a Netflix user, I urgently request that you check your Credit Card/PayPal account.

I have just discovered that I have been charged twice a month since July 2016, due to an underage child thinking she was doing me a favour and signing me up to Netflix.
At that same time I was in my office, also signing up.
She used an incorrect email address {which Netflix did not check at the time} and added at the end of my email address .co.nz instead of .com
Hence we have paid via Credit Card and PayPal an amount of  2 x $96.93 = $193.86
Netflix’s response is to credit my Credit Card a whooping $14.99!!!

To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.

So I urge you to check your payment{s} are true and accurate, so that you too are not overcharged.

The Life Of Kathe: Hello New Year, Hello First Accident Of The New Year ...

“Still livin’ life and being a dare-devil!!!”

Well, I started the New Year with sass and attitude!

Hello New Year, Hello First Accident Of The New Year ...

On New Year’s Eve, spent a lovely day out with my favourite Cookie Monsters, and Mr and Mrs Cook!!!
JorjaRose mastered the Knee Board, and I had a ride in the "Cooked" Sidewinder Boat, my first jet boat ride in 20 years! – SUCCESS!!!
Reilly came out boating after Uncle Craig bet him $20 that he wouldn’t get wet and have fun … Craig lost his $20!!!

On Tuesday, 03.01.2017, we had a family “Fish and Chip” Tea night.
Love our family nights, we also caught up with family from Christchurch, along with 2 of my brothers, their families, and my Mom and Dad, + of course Wayne, Reilly and JorjaRose.
Afterwards we had a game of Kiwi Backyard Cricket, and we all played ...

Here's a video of my beloved brother Pete, entertaining us all ...

{please click on the photo to start the video}

I had a runner {due to my walking cane "MacKenzie"}, did a massive 4, overbalanced, fell over and fractured my ribs on the left side.
To say I’m in PAIN is a very accurate description!!!
The A&E Doc said it could take 12 weeks to heal … that’s gonna be towards the end of Sale-A-Bration!!!
May have to spend allot of time recuperating, and on my computer, checking out Pinterest of course!
Oh well … didn’t expect to have an accident so early on in 2017, but I’m gonna keep pushin’ on!

From my family to yours, wishing you a very Happy New Year!

btw didn’t need any Iodine this time!
btw here are the Rules Of Backyard Cricket ...
